General booking conditions for booking accommodation
Dear Guest,
the conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contractual partners to fulfill the contract, regardless
for how long the contract is concluded.
1. Conclusion of contract
The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the accommodation service is ordered (booking) and confirmed
(Confirmation) has been made. Both the oral and the written form are binding for the confirmation.
2. Prices and Services
The prices are final. They include all ancillary costs unless otherwise stated.
Special conditions, which are accessible to you when making a booking request or when concluding a contract,
apply in addition.
The prices shown do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax is mandatory on site
to count.
3. Cancellation/Withdrawal
3.1 General Provisions
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
We accept the following cancellation conditions. You will be informed of any discrepancies

3.2 Cancellation conditions
For single travelers up to 45 days before departure 10%, at least 25 euros; ·
up to 30 days before departure 25%;
up to the 22nd day before departure 50%;
thereafter 80%;
90% if the journey is not started.
3.3 The landlord is held in good faith to report unused rooms

4. Until the room is otherwise rented out, the guest has for the duration of the contract, according to
