Conclusion of contract<br \/>The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the accommodation service is ordered (booking) and confirmed<br \/>(Confirmation) has been made. Both the oral and the written form are binding for the confirmation.<br \/>2. Prices and Services<br \/>The prices are final. They include all ancillary costs unless otherwise stated.<br \/>Special conditions, which are accessible to you when making a booking request or when concluding a contract,<br \/>apply in addition.<br \/>The prices shown do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax is mandatory on site<br \/>to count.<br \/>3. Cancellation\/Withdrawal<br \/>3.1 General Provisions<br \/>We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.<br \/>We accept the following cancellation conditions. You will be informed of any discrepancies<br \/>Booking specified on your booking confirmation.<br \/>3.2 Cancellation conditions<br \/>For single travelers up to 45 days before departure 10%, at least 25 euros; \u00b7<br \/>up to 30 days before departure 25%;<br \/>up to the 22nd day before departure 50%;<br \/>thereafter 80%;<br \/>90% if the journey is not started.<br \/>3.3 The landlord is held in good faith to report unused rooms<br \/>Possibility to assign elsewhere to avoid failures.<br \/>4.
